Some of those words are misspelled, but I would translate it as:

"Affectionate Woman's Day hugs from the snowy East!
Until we meet again"

Doesn't sound like she's cheating to me, but it must be an old message as Woman's Day is long over and we've had no snow for some time now.

Sounds like a kid or teenager is writing that. It says:

I'm stuck in airport customs.
Can you help me, they're bagging.

The "they're bagging" (kotivad) is like some kind of slang a teenager would use.

How did you come across an Estonian that doesn't speak English?

No, it means they are "asking her questions and holding her up". Not necessarily restricted to teenagers.

More common form -- "see ei koti mind üldse" -- doesn't concern me at all.

The use of the word "kotivad" would be considered slang in the Estonian language. It is not a very nice term to use and while it is not restricted to teenagers, it would most often otherwise be used by adults in very informal situations or in a group where such slang is "cool." You would never say such a thing in a university or professional setting. Well, at least you shouldn't.
