After submiting I went back and read my message. It was there, and a couple of links too! Question

OK, second attmpt.

ETV (Eesti Televisioon) has some of their telecastings archive made available free from internet. It means anyone living abroad can see them. Available are only castings produced by ETV, and only those which don't have any copyright issues with 3rd parties. Castings are available for 30 days after they were aired on ETV. Older ones are available from ETV Pluss only (provided by Elion).
