Island located in Lake Peipsi. Take the old hydrofoil from Tartu which follows the Emajõgi river out to the lake to get there. The boat ride itself is one of the best parts of the trip. Trip was in 2003 so maybe they have a new boat now?

Pictures aren't that great and I didn't get to see as much of the island as I would have liked. I went there with an elderly relative who became ill so the sightseeing was cut short. But at any rate, I highly recommend going and spending the day out there when you can. And take me with you if you're in good health!
