Estonia uses the two prong electrical outlets that operate at 220 V/ 50 Hz.

Simple adapters are widely available. Make sure your device can operate at 220 V / 50 Hz before you plug it in. If not you'll need an converter/transformer.

Most power bricks will handle a 230V/50Hz input.

Note that some older, unrenovated buildings might use unearthed sockets that look similar, but are slightly narrower so you can't put a Euro-plug in it.
