| Yes, I am searching for a device known as Dremel. It is small rotary tool that has many different attachments that make it most useful in variety of situations. I wil like this for hobby crafts in home garage. Very good for working with wood but can be used for many materials. Small town Rapla I do not find so maybe Tallinn is possible but where?

Hello Georg, welcome to the Estonia Forum!
Yes, I do know what a Dremel tool is. I owned several of them when I lived in the U.S. They are really great versatile tools!
I did see in one issue of my Kodu & Aed magazine that Bosch was giving a free Dremel rotary tool away when you bought another piece of Bosch equipment. That was several issues back so I don't recall if all Bosch equipment stores were doing that. You might want to check with them:

Also, I have seen a similar rotary tool at the Tondi K-rautakesko home improvement store but as I recall it was some brand made in China, so I wouldn't recommend it. I wasn't looking for Dremel equipment so not sure if they had anything there.
I have emailed both K-rautakesko and Bauhof (formerly Ehitus Service) for you to see if they carry any Dremel equipment. I'll let you know what they say as soon as they respond.
They do sell Dremel in Finland, so it shouldn't be too hard to get even if we can't find them in Estonia.

Geez Alex, you're really pushing this obliging host schtik.
The answer is, yes, you ought to be able to find one in a builder's superstore in Tallinn. Driving in from Rapla, you'd probably be on Viljandi maantee... there is one in the big shopping center at the junction of Viljandi mnt and Pärnu mnt, the one with the Selver and other stuff.
